About the Club

South Birmingham Kung Fu (Shaolin Mok Gar) has been running for 20 years, teaching local people of all ages and abilities how to improve fitness, increase flexibility and develop the skills of this amazing Martial Arts style.

We focus on fitness, fun and learning new skills in a welcoming atmosphere.



All classes are held in a clean, modern gym with sprung wooden floor.
