Tai Chi is a special style of slower Martial Art using relaxed, flowing patterns and forms to improve balance and focus through mindful movements.

At the club we practice Wu style Tai Chi, one of the traditional Chinese styles and a perfect complement to the higher impact techniques of Kung Fu.
